West Virginia fans are a strange combination of classless hillbillies and even trashier Jersey Shore types. Absolutely bizarre. While on-par douche-wise with Florida, it's like an entirely different flavor of trash.
In my opinion, the most SEC-like fanbases are Clemson and Wisconsin.

I used to think it was cool but having moved back here it's just depressing. The nearest town to me has 900ish people and seven bars. Growing up I didn't notice it but now it makes me kind of sad.

Clemson - They're practically the socially-awkward cousin of an SEC school. They look the part but they're a weird bunch. It's like they take outcasts from UGA and Alabama and Auburn after the first semester and move them to Clemson.
NC State - No idea
Louisville - frick no. Maybe they're like UF, but they're hoody-wearing douchebags who are more akin to Rutgers than Alabama.
Virginia Tech - Ehhh, some yes, some no. I think UVA and UNC are as close to the SEC, honestly, albeit for different reasons than VT.
FSU - No, it's like a combination of UF and Louisville.
