No way all those bloopers were from one game.

I was watching that affront to football.

I was sitting in a bar in Longview, TX bc my power was out at my apartment... there was a hurricanes rolling through Galveston that week. Every TV but one was on the Ohio St USC game, except for one 24” tv.
Was th most depressed I’ve ever been after a win... until jax st in 2015.

Worst game I ever attended.
Highlights (lowlights) are best enjoyed while listening to the Benny Hill theme song.

Sadly, I was in the stands.
What was funny to me was the history of 3-2 games that I read the next week. Iowa State had played in, not one, but two 3-2 games.

Yes. It led a score of 3-2.
The announcers were calling it a defensive battle but in reality, both teams couldn’t play worse if they tried.

I forgot Auburn was so highly ranked for that game. We played them the next week in what had to be the least hyped top 10 matchup ever. We both finished the season unranked

I was there.
The game should be studied.
It was the only game that I have ever attended for any team that when the game was over both fanbases were upset and confused.
I don't really think anyone understood what they had just witnessed.

Waiting for the electricity to get turned back on after Hurricane Gustav.
Today may actually be the anniversary of the day the power came back on.

SEC! SEC! SEC!
The best part of that video is when MSU recovers an Auburn fumble at midfield with only a few minutes left to play and down 1, and the MSU players are jumping around all excited because they think they have a chance to win it. Then the very next play is the MSU QB dropping back and tripping over his own feet to sack himself.

I was still in college. This was the beginning of the Sherman era. He lost to Arkansas St. and barely beat New Mexico the first 2 weeks of the season. Thus, I can surmise that I was likely playing beer pong somewhere trying to forget about college football.

When the safety happened nobody was really excited cause it kinda dawned on us "holy shite we're gonna lose this game 3-2"

I still believe someone spiked the Gatorade for both teams.
