i think given how many games are played in bbaketball season, the regular season should count more than it does. No way SC was a top 4 team last year after their season results.

the fact they are in final 4 shows the single elimination playoffs is not legit in basketball. need a series format.

fans will oppose that b/c they know the 68 team circus single elimination gives their team a better shot at winning a natty.

A lot of years Clemson is better than half the teams in the field but doesn't get in over losing teams that win their conference tournament.

i[m not wrong about this.

basketball should be a series in playoffs and they should take less teams.

Mike - I mean his proud school owns the distinguished honor of being the only D1 school to ever start a hoops season 17-0 and fail to make the NCAA tournament

his school also rushed its home court in a win over Belmont to go to MSG and the NIT Final Four just 4 seasons ago.

"we're Belmont, man..." ESPN not - so top 10

it is funny how rednecks mock 17-21 year olds for rushing a court after a win. who cares. let kids be kids.

Don't forget them blowing a 20 point lead against Oakland last year in the NIT

oakland had some good guards, and the 3 point defense was terrible last year for some reason.

that doesn't hurt you if you play in SEC but does in ACC.

i'm not too concerned about last season.

Clemson's had a solid season so far this year which is surprising given Blossomgame leaving after last season.

So far have wins at Florida, at Ohio State, at BC, home wins against NCSU, SC, Lville and Miami. I think they will beat ND tomorrow is without their big guy.

Fun thing about Clemson bball is it is more about just getting the occasional upset. Not as stressfull as football where you expect to win every one.

SC rarely goes to the big dance despite playing in an easy conference

South Carolina has a more recent ACC title in men's basketball than y'all do.

And we left in 1971.

well bully for you.

SC should be better in bball in my view b/c Clemson has no natural advantage in bball recruiting like it does in football.

it is harder for fans to get to the games especially midweek games than it is for SC fans.

I went to the CLemson-Maimi game 2 weeks ago, first time in the renovated arena. It is pretty sweet so I think recruiting will pick up. Feels like you are right on the floor even up at the top.

it has this cool lounge area about halfway up behind premium dollar seats. And supposedly the largest curved screen scoreboard thing in the country. wow.

and they got a player hangout area in there now. I think that is wut locked up Zion.

SC better get their hands on our arena's plans before they get left behind like they did in football. Facilities are everything homey

The weight is perfect he just needs to change his physique so that his 270 looks like Ben Wallace.

That's going to take a hell of a lot of work. From someone who has let himself get to that point, I find it unlikely. Plus his game is nothing like Ben Wallace's. ETA - Ben Wallace's playing weight was 240 at 6'9. Zion is 6'7.
