ATL airport says you are wrong

Key to SEC for teams is travel and ATL has the business.

Bands are always in lower deck at Jerryworld. You probably didn't know that.

I bet you know exactly where in the frick the bands sit at the Alamo Bowl though.

Were those supposed to be digs at the Texas fans' expense?

In 2018, Texas played OU in the Big 12 championship in Jerry World. It was the largest crowd ever in attendance at a conference championship game (something A&M hasn't played in since the late 90s)

In 2019, Texas played No. 10 Utah in the Alamo Bowl. A&M has not faced a team ranked that high in a bowl game since 2012

Not only those examples, but Texas won the Big 12 there in 2009.

Works for me, prefer it to Atlanta. Great stadium.

Will Texas fans still want to attend, given they won’t have a real rooting interest

Speaking of the Cotton Bowl...

Last time Ags faced a B12 team at Cotton Bowl it was vs co-champ OU. Ags held off OU 41-13.

What happened the last time you played the other B12 team joining the SEC?

I believe that matchup only occurred one year prior to the one you just referenced, so I assume that's just as relevant

At least you’re acknowledging that Texas will never get the SEC Office outta Birmingham.

Of course they were, it's impossible to shovel horse shite all over the opposing team's band if they're in the second deck.

If that game moves anywhere it will be Nashville when they finish the new Dome. 3-5 years or so.

And you guys can see it all in stunning 4K HD. How many years has it been since the shorthorn won a conference title these days? Since 2009, am I right?

Your problem isn't the SEC, it's Oklahoma.
