Who's gonna be the next LSU coach? Do you have a list of who ya'll want? Just curious

Gary Patterson

Dan Mullen (although I think he should stay at State - would love to see State competitive over Ole Miss or Arkansas)

Bo Pelini - he might want to stay at Nebraska with the switch to the Big 10, but it is clear that much of Les' early success had to do with him on the sideline not putting up with the garbage we've seen the past few years.

Just about anyone who knows how to call a timeout correctly when the clock is running out at the end of a half/game.

embarrassing that we had another clock meltdown but yet les found a way to make people forget this.

last night was a disgrace to LSU football other than shep and pp.

i bet gundy is smart enough to not play a player that is a under sized center at guard. he probably also punishes that same player who got a dwi instead of rewarding him with playing time bc of who his daddy is

LSU is a top 10 job in CFB. he would absolutely come here, imo.

upgrade in salary, resources, recruits, opportunity to win championships, not a far move from Fort Worth for he and his family, already has recruiting experience in Texas and Louisiana..

Why would he leave Nebraska under any circumstances, as long as he's being successful? NU is one of the top ten programs in college football history, and he's got them rolling again.

Patterson is like Peterson, he's content to stay at a smaller program. Sometimes the money and resources aren't everything. Franchione's failures, after leaving a successful tenure at TCU, would be on his mind as well. Not to mention the fact that we're talking about the possibility of firing a coach three years after winning a national title. Patterson himself isn't that far removed from a 5-6 season at TCU.
