The Black Bear fan has a point. Weather emergencies like Oxford has just been through tends to push other offical considerations back a bit. However the amazing scarcity of posts by the usual line up of Black Bears is pretty teling. Every other thread mentioning LSU or Ole Miss would have dozens of different Ole Miss fans posting. They obvioulsy are very worrried about this.

Another thread about ole miss that I knew would be dominated by lsu people before clicking on it. While I would prefer Pete or Keith come out with a statement or press conference to discuss, I think they believe nothing will come of this. Every single school knows their players are being tampered with throughout the season. You think Pete can't bring suntarine Perkins or kewan Lacy with him to the press conference and have them start reading out messages or timelines of when and who has reached out to them? Jesus, how easy would it be to talk about Lane and LSU tampering with Princewill? And we actually have a complaint there. That's a guy Pete spent a year coaching and one that had just played a game for us a week before. Dabo is bitching about a kid that has not once set foot on their football field. I don't like what happened and wish we would have just accepted the kids decision once he enrolled in Clemson, but Dabo throwing a fit over a kid he's never coached is a bit much. The exact same thing happened to us with Chris jones as well. He signed with us and then FSU upped the offer. I don't like it, but it is what it is.

We’ve moved onto the 2nd program that has now publicly called out Ole Miss after submitting receipts of their blatant cheating to the NCAA.

Ole Miss can’t claim LSU was tampering because they know they were doing it themselves, two of our coaches were sitting on your sideline for the playoff run. I think it’s an unspoken thing between the SEC teams not to rat each other out b/c we’re all guilty…but damn did Pete bark up the wrong damn tree. I hope the player was worth it. I know he’s damn good, but that was the one school not to go and do this too, especially when they gave him a warning to stop. Dabo made him look like a fool. I think Dabo is pissed because he finally played the game and almost offered close to $1 million on this kid which goes against every grain in his body. And then he got stolen from him.
