Good for him, I don't consider recruiting coaching. Like I said before when the talent is even he can't cut it.

Actually forgot Auburn hired Bruce Pearl so Pearl actually would be ranked # 4 not, Frank Martin

4. Bruce Pearl

5. Frank Martin

6. Donnie Tyndall

Yea they won some close games but the bottom line is they won the NC and did it by going through one of the toughest regions in the past few years.

If you are this mad about it now, you may not want to watch much basketball in 14-15 because UK is gonna run shite with all those damned high profile recruits.

Thad Matta is a better X's and O's coach. But most fans have grown tired of his early round exits and would like a change. Bo Ryan is probably the best "coach" in NCAA basketball.

Was it a fluke when he coached Knight and Co well enough to send that #1 Ohio State seed home a couple years ago too?

heard the same thing before this season and they were a few losses away from another NIT. Remember Calipari's stupidity that cost him a. Championship at Memphis? Kansas says thanks.

Dude, if you honestly think the fricking New Jersey Nets were anywhere near being "evenly talented" as the rest of the NBA from 97-99 - I'm done arguing with you.

Or better yet, that not being a successful NBA coach means you can't be a successful college coach.

I guess the only "good" coach in the country by bucknut's logic is Larry Brown.

I don't think anyone is expecting the hire to be Marshall. This has been the quietest search anyone can remember from Mizzou but most on PowerMizzou seem to think it will be Ben Howland or Kim Anderson. Obviously the fans all want Howland.

Until someone consistently goes further in the NCAA tournament, you are crazy if you think Calapari is not the king.

I'd be surprised not because I don't think Mizzou is a decent job,
but because he's probably on a short list to take over Indiana when Crean gets canned after this season.

How many guys does Wichita State lose for next season?

2 or 3... They lose Cleanthony Early. Outside of that, they are set up pretty nice next year.

I was gonna say, I thought their roster was decently young when we played.

I find your rankings, for the time being, acceptable Nick. I'd flip 2 & 3 probably, but I understand your reasoning
