LSU beat one of the most heralded Ole Miss teams ever. That must really suck for you people if you truly think LSU is in decline.

We had a serious problem with our D. We have tried to rectify that. LSU's problem was not D. The D was what made LSU's success. You just lost your DC. The O has been LSU's problem. What has LSU done to rectify that?

LSU's down year: 8-5

Ole Miss' down year: Go 0-8 in the conference and get skull drug by LSU so badly that we start taking a knee on you with like 10 minutes left in the game

The overwhelming majority of losses the past three years have been because of a shitty prevent defense. Certainly a shitty passing game was a contributor.

What records? Show me the link stating LSU set all-time SEC or national records just one year ago. TIA.

1st SEC team ever with a 3k passer, two 1k receivers and a 1k rusher.

That's not your only problem. Even saban realized that college O's need to get wide open. The "controlling the clock while pounding the ball" does not work in today's game. You will win some games doing that.....but there are too many O's that can put up a lot of points.

Seems to result in bowl wins while the coach who has the wide open O has never won a bowl game.

Call Oregon and tOSU and tell them that. Meanwhile, enjoy your two conference wins in two years.

ETA ...and beating a 6-6 team in your bowl game.

That's correct, but it was still their most talented team in about 20 years. Ole Miss is pathetic.

LSU should be able to go snag Muschamp now, if what you say is true, it wouldn't be the first time a DC signed with one SEC team in December then left for another in January.
