When are Texas/Oklahoma moving to the SEC?

I know officially it's 2025, but it is expected that they will pay the buyout to leave the Big 12 before then.
Are we expecting it to be next year? Seems like we would have heard something by now if that were the case. Maybe 2023?
Sorry, I just haven't heard anything about it in a while and was curious.

Texas will be here once it has thoroughly embarrassed itself by losing to all the current Big 12 schools a few more times.

So you didn’t watch the game? That wasn’t a nail biter OU outscored KU 35-10 in the second half. They just didn’t get off the bus at 11 and still won easily.

I would be fine staying in the Big 12 as long as we came to an agreement with the SEC to send y'all and Mizzou to the MAC. I feel like this is a win for all parties involved.
And as we all know the SEC does not give one single frick about what A&M wants.

Ole Marge has a 100.00 wager it’s 2025. So obviously the smart money is sooner than that.
