most of them are back ups. Denver Harris hurts but he was a known person leaving. He's had suspension issues so there is probably a mutual agreement to split.
LJ is a kid who I think can be a player. I don't know the reasons behind his lack of playing time. A bigger back that would have been a nice compliment to Achane.
As said above, the transfer portal is going to be the Wild West and I think many schools will be seeing it happen. The portal will be bigger than National Signing Day.

Looks like a pretty normal transfer class so far. Mostly backups buried on the depth chart looking for more PT elsewhere, and a couple of behavioral issue guys being told to GTFO. :shrug:

247 sports has a list of all the players that have filed paperwork and are in the portal. Aggie has 10 from today and a total of 14 since late November. LSU has a single player listed.
There are now over 1,000 players in the portal...that's pretty crazy!

I think the Transfer Portal is going to wind up being a game of musical chairs.
Some of these athletes will test the waters only to find that they have no safe landing spot. And, in some instances, no way to attend a university.

Most players who hold scholarships at Div 1 schools are good players.
Not a single player who’s entered the portal at TAMU is a surprise.
