Hands down the fake punt. The other was the right call, just a fluke play.

Hindsight says, yes, maybe have a couple extra athletic guys on the field but, oh well.

That’s the definition of poor decision making and coaching.

Also some poor on field decisions that led up to the pick six.

Saban lost that game all by his little self.

Saban went for it on 4th early in the LSU game this past year. I think he got it, but it showed that he was in his "oh crap we are up against equal or greater competition so I better go ahead and behave desperately" mode. Same mode he was in with that Clem's Son fake field goal.

Derek Dooley out-Les’d Les that one time with too many men on the field. Good times.

Fam, Dooley had that same penalty happen multiple times that season and throughout his career. He never learned.

They had a 4th and 1 at the 50 that was stuffed. Dumdum Sabah ran a wildcat play with Slade Bolden (who only ran the ball 4 times all season).

Why run it up the middle with your 6'2" 235lb RB when you can run it with a 5'11" 190lb WR?

Coach Sabah had 3 of the dumbest in 2019 alone
- Fake FG vs Clemson
- 12 men vs Auburn
- 4th and 1 with Bolden vs LSU

4th and Sabah!

Not play a QB who beat Lamar Jackson in his final bowl game and instead bring in a shitty bench-warming transfer from Pedo State.

The fake punt on 4 and 11 at midfield by Kirby Smart was pretty bad.

If we're jumping all over Saban (and we should), bowl-cut has to get an honorable mention for this abhorrent call.

Good thing he was playing defense too for those 4(?) interceptions. I think I’d take two coaching regimes word for it that a sub 50% passing QB probably isn’t the absolute best option.

I never understand fans sucking off benched players as the real deal that would have turned the season around.

Saban has made some good decisions, but in big games that are close he can bone it up.
