Not sure why Henry can carry 46 times and the freshman only once. They say that the freshman doesn't know how to block yet. Tell me how much blocking Henry did on those 46 carries. Give the freshman 5 carries and don't ask him to block.
If you can't pass block, you won't play for Saban.

You got no idea what it would be like to have 45 carries in a brutal SEC football game. Go talk to somebody who has carried the rock in that type of situation.
Oh I'm sure it's hard. It's just the Heisman goes to the most talented, best 0verall player in the country. I don't think 5.8 YPG does anything to help his case and certainly carrying the ball 45 times doesn't make his yard totals that impressive.
I'm surprised how many of you are butthurt by that notion. A lot of people think the 5.8 is shitty when comparing it to other RB's this season
If LF7 got that many carries against McNeese State, he would have the record. If Dalvin Cook got that many carries he would have beaten both Henry and Fournette.
Getting the ball 45 times is just not some superhuman feat. It's funny to think y'all actually believe this

Difference in Henry and Fournette?
Henry still made yards with all those carries. LSU tried to continue to ride LF7 and he went nowhere when they played a team that actually had several D1 caliber players on defense.

Both teams played Florida... which is the best defense both teams faced. LF7s stats were far better. Henry may have gotten negative total yards if he was suited up for LSU when they got spanked by Bama this season. Henry also didn't run behind a line that lost 3 starters late in the season.
LF7 is the better RB and it's honestly not close. Henry will probably win the heisman though and has had a hell of a season

One had to play the best front 7 in college football history (Bama). LF7 had a better game with fewer carries than Henry did against the same top 5 defense in Florida. That's way more accurate of a comparison. But please, spout more bullshite.
No matter how much you talk up Henry's 5.8 per game, it's just not that impressive to the rest of the country

If you can't see the impressivenesses/difference in the level of physical ability it takes to throw 70 passes and having a lot of yards vs. rushing 45 times and having a lot of yards, you're an idiot.
