I don't think he's a Texas fan. Maybe Auburn, but I'm not sure.
And I know you're rivals, but it's a little ridiculous to insinuate Texas didn't have a good class. Two of their DL commits in the last two days A&M definitely would have taken in a heartbeat (Ossai, Ojomo). And no way was that guy who transferred their #1 receiver. There are plenty of ways to mock Texas without making stuff up.

They got some good in state talent but to say the class isn't top heavy with skill guys would be a lie, their top 9 guys or one third of the class are 3 safety's, 3 CB's, and 3 WR's.

Yeah, they did terrible at recruiting OL, which I agree is their. But they still had a really solid class in a lot of areas.
Obviously loaded up on WR and DB, but in the Big 12, that's not necessarily the worst thing in the world.

They had a good class. We would have loved some of those DBs. If Texas does really good on the field (9+ wins) next season Herman has a chance there.

Yes, but I don’t see how they’re much better next year. Defense will regress, and offense is still going to suck. Their best chance is a weak schedule.
