Can you block or tackle? If so, there maybe financial assistance available through the Ole Miss charity network

? Do you honestly think the 305.00 is the first and only installment for his playing services.

Take care of it within my family
Or among close friends
Or through the generosity of church members
Sell her stuff (furniture, books, jewelry, old phones, clothing)
Find her a roommate/split the bills
Donate plasma
Garage/yard sale
Help her find a job (house cleaning? Poop scooping? babysitting? house sitting? dog walking? filling out online surveys? Ride sharing? Lawn mowing? Pool cleaning?)
Do just about anything other than texting my coach for an illegal handout

People ALWAYS go to whomever has the money when they need it. His mom understood fully where she could get the money. Looking at how well she understood this shows this was a frequent occurrence. It was so well understood it wasn't even phrased as a question but rather just a request from Tunsil as if he was simply placing an order. It also shows the protocol. Go to your coach first and then they will direct u to appropriate person. Very well organized.
Second it appears Tunsil was comfortable requesting the money. So comfortable he didn't care about electronic records of the conversation. This type of comfort comes from having done this before. Quite stupid actually to leave the trail he did. A person of this intelligence and common sense level has no business in college. This particular type of individual and ignorance playing college football is not just found at ole miss by the way.

I think it has been shown that Mom's electric bills do not qualify for this fund.....and it has been pointed out to you at least once, so you know better.

This isn't really fair, Tunsil legally couldn't take a job.

Tell her to stop buying slim jims and candy with her food stamps. Has nothing to do with this, but that shite pisses me off.

I hate when people use this argument. My parents were poor when I was a kid. We had food but it wasn't the best. We had a shitty car. We never went on vacations. I wore shoes from Walmart. Where was my white privileges.
How bout people take responsibility for their lives and quit holding out their hands for Someone else to help them.
When this country finally falls the fallout from no government assistance is gonna be a wonderful thing to behold because through hard work my parents nor myself are poor anymore and all the freeloaders will no longer exist. Darwinism at it finest.

I'd tell her to sell two of the five TV's. One of the XBox's.

Wrong. Players can have jobs.
I don't know when they would find the time, but the NCAA does not say that can't work.
Info from LSU's policy

Tell her to find a way to take care of it. I am sure someone would loan her the money knowing her Son is going to be a millionaire soon.

Does anyone truly believe this is the only payment he received from Ole Miss?

In certain months we easily hit $305 in utility in this area. Electric rates are high because it's owned by a private company and they're always asking for rate increases. In winter months when it can get below zero and summer months with temps in 105-110 you can easily rack up a $300-400 electric bill. There's a lot of home owners going to solar panels now.

While I was a student? Nothing.
Now? Probably nothing.

I would wonder why. She's got more money than I do.
