But seriously, you guys are now afforded a measure of respect. No one goes into the Arky game thinking it's going to be a cakewalk. You do, however, need more than a few signature wins per year to move up. You have to win the West.

seriously...win something significant....until then = no respect. You may beat lsu, but until you actually win something significant like an SEC title, or BCS game, or even a top 10 finish.....then you can't be respected as a national contender. jmo

that's your problem in a nutshell.....way too arrogant for a team that hasn't won anything significant in 40 years.....when and if arkansas ever reaches an elite status...you won't make statements like that. You will recognize you were fortunate to win a game in which the other team has a player make a couple huge big play mistakes. Not often you have an 80 yard touchdown, much less two........when you get humble....you may gain respect.

what I think is that you have never won the SEC title, never won a bcs game, and haven't finished in the top 10 in many many years...that's not what we think but facts.....it is also why you started the year ranked well outside the top 10...and if you don't think that matters...try losing one when you are ranked #15, compared to being ranked in the top 5...see where you land in the polls and how hard it is to climb back....so you can dis respect...but it matters. You wouldn't know what I am talking about because, again, you have never won the SEC Title or BCS game and probably haven't finished in the top 10 in your lifetime.

Win something and EARN some respect instead of acting like youre hot shite just because you won 10 games and made it to a BCS bowl. Arkansas has done nothing to earn the type of respect that Alabama has, but there are a lot of your fans(not all) act like they should be respected with the top teams in the nation.
