Lane Kiffin's demise at Ole Miss will be the same as what cost him at every other job - Lane Kiffin. He's one of those guys that's just much, much better during the interview than he is day to day. I don't know the details - but it's pretty easy to see from a distance. He never leaves a job gracefully, and there's always a "don't let the door hit ya'" vibe.
Based on his history - give it three years, tops. He's Bobby Petrino without the knack for calling an offense. Lane Kiffin simply isn't a builder.
