For all the hype he's getting this preseason he had better leave Austin with a Heisman Trophy, SEC championship, CFP championship, and the #1 overall pick in the NFL Draft.
Not a Texas fan. At all. But what hype is he getting?
Kid from Carolina and LSU are pre season ranked before him for All Conference.
Maybe I’m missing something but I would think the hype is the same as it’s always been.

The manning family received an 800 million dollar real estate development contract in downtown in exchange for Archie’s commitment
So National championship should be the expectation for highest paid player ever

quote:all he needs to do is lead the horns to a national championship. nothing else matters. anything less is a failure. no-one will care about a heisman and no natty
o match the hype hes getting? Go undefeated, win the Heisman, win the natty and go #1 over all.

Please provide a legitimate source citation for that assertion.

Show up, that’s about it. His presence itself generates a ton of attention for that program that already gets a ton of attention

So he has to be Cam Newton, not going to happen.

I think he stands a better chance of being the best qb in the sec than being average

Kelly spent more time on the kid that was better than Manning but he didn’t land him either

Question for Texas fans. At this point in Mannings career, is he behind or ahead of Colt McCoy in development?

Not the point I was making. But today I learned that BK did the dry-hump, bump-n-grind on recruits for multiple years and that it’s easy to confuse which player he assaulted and which year he did it.

Hard to imagine him not being an upgrade on Ewers

This one had been denied every year and was accepted less than 90 days after his commitment

Nothing, Arch can do no wrong, he's already a GOAT in media eyes.
