I am in late 60's single have 2 grown kids and 4 Grandbabies. I live alone and have for 20 years and am just fine. I live on a golf course (Craft Farms) and am 2 miles from the beach and 6 miles from the Flora-Bama. So yes you can be a loner and happy.

NCAA sent 3 teams from Alabama (AU, Ala, UAB) all to play first round in Spokane, Wa. The winners of the SEC, Big 12, Big 10, and Big East tournaments all in the East region with Auburn. NC loses to an unranked NC St team and stays a 1 seed.

Orange Beach and Gulf Shores has no alcohol on the beaches until the end of April. Beach by The Pass bridge is closed also. Last year every jail in Baldwin Co was fun during spring break, they are not playing around here.

We put our Luci down last year after 16 years. Still miss her everyday especially when memories of her come up on FB.She was my ballgame watching buddy.

We don't have a Buc-ees in Gulf Shores, there is 1 on I-10 about 30 miles from us.

If he played in the SEC or Big 10 he would have lost 3-4 games this year. His best recruiting ranking was like 29th.

He was their 5th or 6th choice after Lanning, Sark, Norvell , Dabo, Demeco and didn't even offer Kiffin.

Boosters wise I would say Arkansas with Waltons, JB Hunt, Tyson, Stevens, Jerry Jones. Hard to top those.

Played American Legion baseball with Kenny. Played double headers on Sunday, Snake pitched both games and drank a 6-pack between games. Spent many days at Flora-Bama with him. Pirates picked him in the first round out of HS.
