What was the name of that team that threw the incomplete pass and lost to GA state?

that's definitely a dropped pass

no chance a ref could see it any other way

I consider it an Auburn loss.
Even more than I consider the Ole Miss and Arkansas losses last season

Idk, maybe auburn should spend more time worrying about their record vs that team than that teams trophy case.

Thank the good Lord I was in Joshua Tree and didn't watch that game and I just saw that replay for the first time yesterday or the day before.

It is inconceivable that SEC replay officials can be as incompetent as they consistently are. There is zero doubt corruption is involved. Auburn has been on both sides of it for sure.

Not looking for a fight, but when has it gone against AU?

Off the top of my head.

Seth Williams in the last UGA game in Jordan-Hare, there was a game in Starkville a couple of years ago where we clearly stopped their QB from scoring on 4th down replay called it a TD, Aaron Murray in 2013 also clearly down on 4th down, the targeting against McClain against Penn State.

None were as bad as the GIF in the OP though to be sure.

The same team that threw a backwards lateral to kill the clock, which was recovered by the other team, only to be given the ball back to kick a game-winning field goal.

Just the week prior. Auburn stops penn state RB in the endzone for a safety. Not only was it not called on the field, it wasn’t reviewed either. Also, the bs targeting call against McClain that gave penn state a 1st and goal. Game changing plays, unlike the play OP is talking about. It wouldn’t have really mattered if they called that pass incomplete or not.

That wasn’t a 4th down play? It’s late and I’ve been drinking so my memory is failing me
