Tiger Walk...great!!!

When I think Auburn though, I think Toomers and the War Eagle circling the field--not necessarily the Tiger Walk. And those are two of the greatest traditions in the SEC.

I don't really care about it and wish we had our "other" fight song as our official one. Hail to Georgia is the one we play after extra points and is 50x better than glory, glory.

A truly original fight song is just one thing that's always been lacking in Georgia tradition, IMO.

Besides "Ramblin' Wreck", "Up With the White and Gold", and "War Eagle".... I'd have to say my favorite fight song is Rocky Top.

I'm biased to LSU's pregame--only 4 simple notes that sends a chill up the spine. Have you ever heard that played in Tiger Stadium?

Confession of a Techie... I'd have to say that I absolutely loathe our Buzz that walks around on the field and makes appearances.

It's like a floppy piece of shite costume and has the most annoying personality and antics.

If I was a major booster, first thing I'd do is have him redesigned to be more like the Buzz in the logos.

It's hard to tell from the inside where your tradition ranks. You're going to way over rank it just because of familiarity. We should all post traditions of other schools to see what others think.

Off the top of my head traditions I am thinking of are Clemson's Howard Rock, the war eagle, tOSU dotting the I, the volunteer navy, A&M's yell practice or 12th Man, the Sooner Schooner, FSU Seminole spearing the 50 yd line and the USC song girls. Obviously there's a lot I'm forgetting but those jump off the top of my head

This is just me, but I really enjoy the traditions of all schools, granted some are cooler than others but all are unique- esp in the Dirty Souf. It is one of the several things that sets cfb apart from pro football.

One thing I've always thought was badass was the Colorado buffalo that takes the field.

One thing is for sure, UGA has the market on underachieving.

If you say so, man. Personally, I've never given a second thought to your severely inbred dogs. As far as I'm concerned, it's just another dog on the sidelines.

I wish our mascot would attack an Auburn player. That would make a cool highlight.

(I might take this request to the Fark Board)

Verne doesn't really speak for the whole country.

It's a bulldog. Meh.

Addendum.

After thinking about it. It's not even in the top two in the SEC (Auburn and LSU). Not too mention that at best it's tied for 3rd with State and UT.

Yeah, I guess routinely getting mentioned as the country's greatest mascot and making the cover of Sports Illustrated means no one agrees with me.

You know it IS ok to acknowledge some people have pretty good traditions other than your own school right?

Look on the bright side...you could have Clemson's costumed psycho tiger running around the sidelines.
