Damn Aubs your football is highly ranked and all of a sudden many of you are allover Bruce Pearl less than a week before your FB team plays their first game.
He is a good not great coach and has character issues to say the least. He will probably improve your program from the current and long term situation. Truly a carnival salesman and showman( Wild Bill Cody comes to mind).
The only reason I can come up with is that you have listened to the predominant BS that comes from the piggies fanbase for 6 months and you are tired of it. Just consider the source and get on with football.

All time:
1. Shaq
2. Bob Pettit
3. Charles Barkley
4. Pistol Pete
5. Dominique or Bernard King
Now:
1. Anthony Davis (he'll be better than Maravich before his career ends)
2. Joakim Noah
3. Al Horford
4. John Wall
5. Joe Johnson
ETA: this idiot definitely forgot about Rondo. I'd put him 3rd.

Bradley Beal > Joe Johnson

Auburn would have had Dirk if he didn't have to go to the army.

SCAR boasts the best two NBA coaches in Mike Dunleavy and Brian Winters.
I'll put Alex English in the hat for one of the best NBA players.

Currently:
1) Anthony Davis - UK
2) Al Horford - UF
3) Joakim Noah - UF
4) John Wall - UK
5) Bradley Beal - UF
We usually see eye to eye on a lot of NBA things, but I am gonna have to disagree with you on some things here.
1) AD
then a gap because he has future MVP written all over him
2) Noah - DPOY, top 3 center
I think the next couple of guys could go a lot of different ways, but a bunch of people are forgetting someone who put up insane numbers out in Sacramento, DeMarcus Cousins.
While Joe Johnson gets overrated at times he has made more all-star teams than any former SEC player in league right now I'm pretty sure.
I'm a big fan of Horford. John Wall still has an insane amount of potential.
I can't decide who I like more between Bledsoe and Beal.
Everyone seems to have forgotten Rondo played at Kentucky
Parsons needs some love as well.
eta: I'm completely forgot about DeAndre Jordan, who would be a lock for top 5 imo. He just led the damn league in rebounding and is one of the best rim protectors in the league. His offensive game is only going to get better.

Future guys I like a lot:
Nerlens Noel - Best "rookie" I saw all summer. He's known as a shot blocker, but he reminded people how well he can just pick people's pockets. Future DPOY candidate imo. I think he can be a better version of Tyson Chandler
Julius Randle - I think the wide open nature of NBA just fits him so much better than the college game because his ability to handle the ball at his size. He can catch the ball at the top of the key and just bully people to the rim. Uber competitive guy.
Jarnell Stokes - I thought the Grizz got a steal getting him in the 2nd round. He pulled down a double double in basically every summer league game he played in. He's gonna learn a lot working with Zbo and Marc Gasol.
Nick Calathes - Won a Western conf ROM award last year. He is so much fun to watch. Super high bball IQ and a great passer. He is very underrated as a defender. I remember in a game where Mike Conley was out and Calathes on his own held John Wall to a terrible 4 point performance.
Tobias Harris - Good stretch 4 out of Tennessee. He's had some big games for the Magic
MKG is another one if he can ever figure out that jumpshot, Great defender and a terrific finisher in the open court.

It's LSU they aren't going to be bad at football
Their basketball team is possibly a tournament team this upcoming season and will be better than Auburn. Plus they have a recruit already committed named Ben Simmons that will be better than anyone Bruce ever brings in to Auburn.
