Probably MSU. They're forever little bro in their own shitty state. 1 SEC title and 1 major bowl win, both of which were roughly 75 years ago.

Tulane has won an SEC championship more recently than Mississippi State. Tulane is arguably a better program than State

I agree. But you have to remember MS only has 3 million population, and in the past, less than that. Additionally, MSU and OM share the state, so that's a big disadvantage from the very start. And that is the biggest reason MSU has zero national titles.
