My take was in my post with the original schools that comprised the SEC and this has nothing to do with integration and titles.
LSU does lead the SEC with 49 national titles with Arkansas winning many of theirs out of the SEC.
No one argues that Alabama leads in football but there are other sports played.

I remember reading this ESPN piece a few years ago...of course this is now dated again by another five years.
Echoes a lot of what I said, shows eight blue bloods, but outside of five with perfect 10 scores - that Michigan and Texas (along with Nebraska) are on the edge and more arguable.

Who cares? "Blue bloods" are comprised mostly of programs that have won titles way back when and have absolutely zero bearing on how successful they are or aren't today. It's stupid.

So you missed the point of the OP, he wanted to know what schools comprise the true SEC which was formed in 1933. But if we are talking blue bloods in regards to national championships then LSU is in the talks of modern day undisputed national titles and of course Bama is on the top of this short list and LSU is 2nd with 3 titles. A host of teams with 2 titles.
Prior to the BCS and championship series the national title was driven by the sports writers and some team caked walked through regular season schedules, the Rose Bowl pitted two conferences together and no one really knows for sure who the best team was.
BCS brought in strength of schedule and pitted the best teams together. The 4 team playoff now gets the true champion even better.
By the way LSU hired Nick Saban and he took advantage of the opportunity to show what he could do with talent.
