Huge difference in perjury, as someone suggested, and a PR nightmare. Felony vs. oh shite!

If someone's wife illegally tapes her husband boning your wife and sends you a tape........:are you going to let her off the hook because she was taped without her knowledge? Especially if you've accused her of it, and she has denied it over and over.

I would gladly follow a coach if he is only covering up some money exchanges to recruits

Just as an FYI...We call this cheating. You can get into trouble with the NCAA for doing this. Again just a Public Service to you Black Bears.

Nice job cutting off half of what I said to try to look clever. I'm doubt you are even smart enough to see what I was saying though, so good job just trying to be clever I suppose. *pats jem77 on the head*

I have a feeling this is going to get really ugly for OM.

What a shame, this guy had such a sterling reputation. He was convicted of domestic violence before he even met Tunsil's mom.

So if Tunsil wants to claim that was what caused the fight, he should just be fine with it? Even if it was about something entirely different? Is that what you are saying? He's already got a bad reputation, why should he care if it's made worse, right?

I don't know what happened, but the whole thing looks like a sea of shite. This is is the type of stuff that is ruining college football for me.

I would prefer a bunch of slow fat kids, that just want an education, and have some heart. I like money as much as anybody, but it can sure screw some things up.

Probably so.

I,don't,in any way, want Ole Miss to get fricked up.The SEC doesn't need that shite.

I just wish things aren't happening like this, and it's across college football as a whole.

I am not a reliable source, but word around the alumni association is that our punishment is 16 schollies over 4 years, no postseason ban thankfully.

They're burying their collective heads in the sand, much like I did 15 years ago. And then we got hit with the loss of 21 scholarships over three years, a two year bowl ban, and five years probation...all after we fired our HC.

And then we wandered in the wilderness for years.

Sure, the NCAA of today isn't the same as it was back then...but OM is certainly not Bama and the situation in Oxford would be the perfect case for the NCAA to show that it still has the ability to hammer an institution. Hard.

Don't believe this for one second. OleMiss and related parties haven't even responded to the NOA yet - How can there already be a determined punishment? Everything coming out of the Bjork Admin is BS, and been proven wrong in the media. The disinformation propaganda machine is running at 130% capacity right now trying to keep this thing afloat.

If it turns out that thru recent revelations the NCAA was lied to by the Admin., this mess is going to blow up, and blow up badly.
