For the best AL QB discussion, here's some stats to consider:
This was as of the end of the 2015 season.
Rivers is great, but statistically is it hard to compare him to Starr or Stabler because of the style of game played today vs. then.
With the # of NFL Championships and being MVP of the first two SBs, I think I'm going to have to change my mind and go with Bart Starr as best QB from the state.

QB: Stabler RB: Jackson WR: Julio
I almost listed Julio, but as of now, Owens has him beat. TO is No. 3 all time in receiving yards and TDs, 5-time first team All Pro and played 16 years. Julio will probably catch him in time. You could make an argument for each.

Yeah but he didn't have to play for the brown stains.
Simms got drafted by an awful NY giants franchise at the time
And he turned them around

I thought Jim Kelly was from Miami for some reason I'm losing my mind

None played on an LA team, but all three played on the same NFL team. That's pretty crazy.
Faulk and Wayne never played together, however.

These responses always puzzle me.
A) Why is there a response thread moratorium once the season starts? Do we need to spend weeks like last week with thread after thread asking whether Aggies were rooting for LSU or Texas?
B) Who is putting a gun to your head and forcing you to participate?
C) It's a discussion board. People, you know, discuss.

Yeah, Cam Newton is even a better option for now.

Not sure about QB or RB but Deandre Hopkins is the taking over as the best WR from the state

Doesn't really matter though.

I think he already is
He’s already surpassed AJ Green in All Pros
Green was a 2 time second team all pro
7 time Pro Bowler but Hopkins hasn’t been in the league long enough yet
Hopkins has already been a 2 time first team all pro and one time second team
I think it’s a good prediction that he’ll be first team all pro again this year and make the pro bowl
