He was actually committed to you guys. So what if it was "before the incident".You've taken other kids with no questions asked after they've been in trouble.

My point was, you guys seem to always deflect these type things.

What things? This thread was started by an AUBURN imbecile about UGA with the obligatory "ThUGA" refrence.

quote:

not poke so much fun at the fact Auburn has taken a few of them afterwards and

How bout AU actually having some standards/pride and not take kids that get thrown out of other SEC schools amd stop being the "last chance U" of the SEC?AU deserves every OUNCE of shite thrown in your direction.

quote:

kept them clean.

Please...do they somehow have a "come to Jesus" moment the minute they step foot on the AU campus?

quote:

am sure we did want him. He was a very good prospect

Short of this kid going to
prison I can guarantee you'll still want him if he gets kicked out of UGA amd Gus is still your coach.

well that is super rapey af

Rapey is probably as accurate a term as we have for that sort of thing despite it being slang rather than a proper Webster approved term. It's not traditional rape as the sex was 'sort of' consensual but like traditional rape it's a severe violation of someone sexually -- their person and their body -- and can lead to long-term trauma.

Could you imagine trying to trust someone new after that? Or the humiliation of knowing other people watched you without your consent?

Spit on strangers? I doubt it, that's more a South Carolina thing to do.

Okay. He had marijuana. AFTER he was kicked out of Georgia for stealing from his teammates.

Was he even suspended for getting caught with an illegal, banned substance?

The point is....don't act like players come into Auburn after being kicked out of other schools and then magically stay out of trouble. Just because Auburn kicks dirt over it doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Did Auburn not recruit him hard out of high school?

Yes. My point being that this was before the incident

It's hard to recruit someone after they signed with another school. Come on, Lanier. You are one of the better Auburn posters. We both know players from both schools get into trouble. But for some reason armed robbery is better than shooting BB guns in a dorm room.

quote:

Sorry brother. That is totally incorrect. It was a trace. A unmeasurable amount

Unmeasurable? hardly.
Auburn quarterback Nick Marshall has been cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana in Georgia.

Reynolds Police Chief Lonnie Holder said he and another officer detected the odor of marijuana after pulling Marshall over at 12:45 p.m. ET Friday for a window tint violation. Holder said they found 8-10 grams of marijuana under the passenger-side visor.

8-10 grams. Apparently the police could measure it.

quote:

Absolutely. One of the worst incidents for Auburn in my 35 years of being a fan. Everyone of them got what they deserved.
So, I guess we can say thugs go to Auburn?

quote:

I have never, EVER said that or even hinted towards that. We did. As did other teams that wanted him
You didn't? then why were you so upset when I mentioned Auburn recruited him hard?

quote:

My point was, you guys seem to always deflect these type things. Everytime a UGA player is arrested, and lets face it. It happens more for UGA than almost every other SEC team, you try and turn it as "He will end up at Auburn".

Look at what they have gotten arrested for. Shooting a BB gun in a dorm. Riding a scooter without a license. Marijuana. It's not like we have been arrested for armed robbery, sexual assault(Alabama), kicking people while they were lying on the ground (LSU, MState) rape (Vandy), Murder (Florida) and I could go on and on. Our guys are choirboys compared to the rest of the SEC. I mean, I would rather have a couple a year for shooting a BB gun in a dorm than for armed robbery once in a while, or rape, or any of the other things going on at other schools. But it's thUGA. Thing is, 9 out of 10 times it is an Auburn poster saying thUGA.

It's obviously not outright rape, but someone who will film you without your knowledge and produce it to friends without your consent -- it's a form of violation. Would not be surprised if someone came out and said that he raped them if he has this little empathy for another person.

Nobody said he was arrested for murder while playing at Florida. But he is certainly thought to have murdered someone while playing at Florida.

Aaron Hernandez remains person of interest in Florida shootings

LINK

Nothing against Florida. Just pointing out that people who want to say thUGA really don't have a lot of room to talk.
