Did you actually read your link?

That he was a person of interest in a double shooting in Florida?

In 2007, Hernandez and other UF football players were at a nightclub when an altercation occurred. Victims Corey Smith and Justin Glass were shot that night at a stoplight. A man fitting Hernandez’s description — a muscular man, standing 6-3 or 6-4, weighing 230 or 240 pounds, with a lot of tattoos and of “Hawaiian” or “Hispanic” ethnicity — was told by an eyewitness to be involved. Also identified by the witness, Randall Cason, was former UF player Reggie Nelson.

The police report obtained by the Orlando Sentinel describes what happened: “Without saying a word, the Hawaiian pointed a small handgun in the front right window and fired five quick shots. Cason saw Smith slumped over with blood coming out of the back of the head, at which time the Hawaiian and Nelson took off running towards McDonald’s.”

Tell you what...if it makes everybody feel better, I will use this story instead:

Hernandez Among Many Who Found Trouble at Florida in the Meyer Years

As I said, I am not out to make Florida look bad. Simply pointing out that all the schools have had problem children and nobody has a right to start casting stones.

Show me where I said he was at Florida when he got arrested. Me thinks you are trying to put words in my mouth. However, even if we take Hernandez off the table, t=my point was to say that Florida, as well as just about every single school in the country has had problem children. Every school has plenty of examples. Georgia included.

"It's not like we have been arrested for armed robbery, sexual assault(Alabama), kicking people while they were lying on the ground (LSU, MState) rape (Vandy), Murder (Florida) and I could go on and on."

I seem to be missing the part that says, "While they were at the school." Mind pointing that part out to me?

Dude. I have said this over and over again. I never said we were lilly white, or did not have problem children. I said no other school has room to talk.

So you hold a program responsible for something a player does years after leaving the school?

And he was a person of interest in a shooting that happened while at Florida. Funny thing is...he and another Florida player were identified, then suddenty the witness backed out. Bit the shooting happened just like the shooting in Boston he was convicted of. In a car...pulled up alongside the other car, and start shooting. No problem.

Let's talk about the other 31 incidents that happened under Urban's watch.
Again. I don't look at Florida any worse, than Auburn, Georgia or other SEC teams.

You do realize that your beloved, supposedly squeaky clean UGA has won the Fulmer Cup, right?

Again. My point was not meant to say Florida was worse. Simply that you have had your problems. Are you saying Florida has not?

TIL I learned that just talking to police is the same as being arrested and charged with a crime.

You really have a fixation, don't you?

I can show you where I have said Georgia is not squeaky clean and has had our share of problem children. I have said all along that nobody has room to talk. Are you missing these or are you purposely being obtuse? because it is only a couple of posts above.

In recent years, though, another number has been affixed to the Meyer era. That number is 31, as in, at least 31 arrests of Florida’s football players from 2005 to 2010.

Many of the charges were typical of college campuses: under-age drinking, disorderly conduct, violations of open-container laws. But other, more serious charges included aggravated stalking, domestic violence by strangulation, aggravated assault, burglary, larceny and fraudulent use of credit cards, according to criminal record databases. Most of the cases never went to trial, the charges having been dropped or pleaded down.

Article says arrests.

So, now you want to stick with that?

Are you goign to ignore the "...at least 31 arrests.." That actually proves my point better.

I officially remove the murder off the table for Florida. I was wrong anyway. The guy Hernandez was accused of shooting survived. My bad.

Now. Do you want to move on or should we discuss the 31 arrests that prove my point better......THAT WE ALL (Georgia included) HAVE PLAYERS WHO HAVE GOTTEN INTO TROUBLE.

All in caps so you won't think I am singling out Florida.
