Why do you think they're "shitty"?

Probably not many, if any. Can't imagine they'd come in not knowing systems and having team chemistry a week before kickoff and be super effective.

Low, i think the penalties being that high and the legality being uncertain will heavily tip the scale towards risk in a risk reward analysis

That's still better than the vast majority of college football players. Nearly every natty team has starters that don't make NFL teams.

Weird argument.

But as I said, I think the timing keeps these players from being big contributors.

I think they should all partner up and go to Northwestern State University. Go somewhere that actually needs some help.
