sure. i believe the Pac12 and SEC are deadlocked at 13-13 since the BCS started.

I'll take our championships, thanks.

I believe that record is 7 to 0 and the PAC 12 is the only conference without a championship.

I don't think so, Harpo's sounds more familiar, but who knows. It had on outdoor patio, the main inside bar, and then a downstairs dance bar area.

That sounds more like Harpo's. It is a very fratty place during the week, but second to none for going out Saturday night after the game.

EDIT: Sorry, here is a better video. LINK

You called me a Yankee. Pay attention.

I didn't call anyone a Yankee. Even if I did, this is about SEC culture, not the civil war. The war ended. Most of us have moved on. Try to keep up. Your insecurity about your state straddling the fence in the 1800's is troubling at best.

If people in Rhode Island had a good team and the state were as insanely devoted to college football as states in the SEC are, I'd have no problem letting them in. I know the SE stands for SouthEastern, but it's not about geography. It's about a tenacious devotion to college football. It's about getting up at 4am to go stake out a good tailgate spot. It's about undying devotion to a team even in the worst seasons imaginable. I could give you a thousand examples of what it means to be a part of the SEC, but you still wouldn't get it. I'm hoping at some point you do, but for now you're a foreign kid on his first day of school. We want to like you, but you're not even speaking English, let alone understanding what it is to be one of us.

I have relatives who have lived their entire lives south of I-10 and consider anything north of it Yankee territory. Even so, "Yankee" is intended as a friendly jab when they use it. These Missouri folks seem to be pretty hung up on the Civil War, still. I was under the impression that it happened a long time ago, but maybe it's PTSD or something?

Pffffft.

They know the drill.

Beating any team in the SEC is the only thing that gives'em any street cred.

So I will get a feel for SEC culture by how many basketball fans you send to KC.

We barely give a shite about basketball unless you are UK or UF and have some recent winning tradition.

Try again.

With all us assholes on here talking shite. Guess what we will all be offering you some of the best food and drinks youll have anywhere on gamedays. Youll meet a few aholes that will be way to drunk for 7am on a saturday morning but that goes with the territory. Youll have a blast at almost all away games you go to.
Bama,UGA,UF,and yes Ole Miss are some of my favorite away games to go to. The chicks are smoking hot and most of the time very tipsy. I think it would be cool for you guys if it ever works out where you play us here and then the rams have the saints at the dome. That would be a cool weekend. Welcome to the SEC. By the way dont get upset when you cant win three conference games.

Just be ready to drink and eat when you come to Baton Rouge, and also watch your team get crushed by a minor league NFL team
