If those are, so are Arkansas and Ole Miss. So..out of the teams we regularly play only MSU isn't a rival? A meetup with a rival is supposed to be something out of the ordinary. Those games are supposed to be a bigger deal than a typical conference game....

My girlfriend graduated from Ole Miss a few years back. She and most of her friends cheer against MSU. They don't seem to care much about seeing LSU lose. When LSU and MSU play, she cheers for LSU. This was true even before she began dating me. Obviously I can't speak for all Ole Miss fans, but...
