I'd like to see Neyland reduce its capacity by 20k minimum.

No, they need to dump Aramark and get a better company, like Levy.
You talk about putting multiple local vendors in that stadium and now you've got a dozen chiefs fighting over the same logistics capabilities.

BYU has the best concessions I've ever seen. Super wide concourses with an amazing selection. I had sushi. 
FREE refills on all drinks. They have separate stations so you just buy 1 time. It cuts down maajorly on the lines too. If you're going back to the stand, it's only for a food item.
Arkansas needs wider walk ways and better options.

I can tell you haven't been to many stadiums. They really just need to redo the West side and then make the boxes match. All of this is in the plans already, though.

Eh, I've been to about half of the SEC stadiums and seen pics of all of them. I don't know who you would put VHS ahead of outside of Vanderbilt.

This could be said about almost every stadium. I know the answer is always $, but why wouldn’t every school want to showcase local food and give fans a varied experience instead of having a massive airport food supplier provide the same terrible hotdogs and nachos?

Seriously, I would buy out the vendor of good empanadas. Spring and egg rolls would also make easy finger food.
