Why is everyone picking bama?? That's funny to me! I think it's going to be bama's weakest team it's going to have for a while. They will lose at least 2 this year mayb 3?

Being predictable is the safe way to go this year when we have no clear idea how the committee is going to come up with their top four.

That is strangely more believable than some projections here.

LSU

Stanford

Ohio State

FSU will lose to UNC or NC State and that will be too bad a loss for them.

FSU
SEC Champion
PAC 12 Champion
Big 12 Champion

Big 10 champion will make it if it's a brand team (Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan State) and the Big12/Pac12 champion is not a brand name.

Bama's OOC includes 4 teams below .500 |2 of which had like 1 win last year

Bama's SEC schedule is the easiest in the SEC. (They also don't play themselves)

Bama is still Bama with one of the best coach of all time at the helm.

----

Auburn has brutal SEC schedule
LSU could lose to Wisky (Unlikely but wouldn't be surprised)
The SEC east is in rebuilding mode.
Georgia has a cross divisional match-up with Auburn, and Clemson OOC
USCe has a cross divisional match-up with Auburn and Clemson OOC (My second pick)
-------

Bama has the least amount of Pitfalls in the SEC and they still have the most talent in the nation. If They split LSU and Auburn I think they are going to the playoffs. The only wild card is flordia ; however , I don't think their new offense will be up to speed when they face Bama. Its the other SEC teams who will face it when its complete like Auburn last year.

1) FSU - They start #1 and play no one.
2) Auburn - They beat Bama and they will be right back in the SECCG and likely beat their East opponent again.
3) Oregon - Beating Stanford or USC and the rest of their conference like usual will get them in.
4) Oklahoma - Someone from the Big12 will get in and they are probably the best the conference has.

Bama is the only other real shot because they play a weak schedule and could back their way into the game again without winning the conference. Losing to just Auburn wouldn't keep them out unless people pick OU over them because last year.

The crystal ball returns to the SEC, and it's the Gamecocks' turn this season.
