ETA: on here the answer is LSU for both. IRL Arkansas is the worst winner and Bama is the worst loser

LOSERS- LSU by a mile. They really only get upset over one loss every year and its the refs, SEC office, field conditions, whatever, as the reason they didn't win. Don't remember ever hearing a better Bama team won.
WINNERS- Auburn. Will swear to you when they have a good season they are here to stay when in reality, after great seasons they usually have quite the dropoff the next.

I'm not going to do worst winners and losers for the SEC, because we ALL are.
Out of personal experience though, I prefer to concentrate on the segment of the opposing fans who show good sportsmanship, shake your hand, wish you luck, and ignore the idiots, win or lose, home or away.
And that would be everybody: A&M, Ole Miss, State, Bama, Georgia, Florida, USC, Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas and us. Don't have experience with Vandy and Mizzou but I'm sure it's the same.
I have seen good sportsmanship BEFORE games - with fans of opposing teams tailgating together under the same canopies and tents, and after. I concentrate on the good and try to ignore the bad.

The worst losers are auburn. The worst winners would be auburn.
Coincidentally, the worst fan base after a tie (when they were possible) was also auburn. And the worst fan base when the game is postponed is auburn.
After careful consideration, it has been determined that the worst fan base after a forfeit or a vacated win, would actually be auburn.

There are LSU fans that get pissed off when the Tigers win. And not in a "I'm happy for a win but we need to improve on these certain areas to maintain the success" kind of way.

Good thing we haven't lost much lately.
Now the tigahs...no one can melt like them. The 21-0 melt goes on and on.
From personal experience the worst winners were USCe.
Actually anyone that beats us is a "worst winner."

Worst Winners: Us when we shut out LSU and Ole Miss, apparently. Otherwise, it's Texas A&M.
Worst Losers: I'm gonna say Auburn. They fired a coach two years after he won an NC. That's some pretty fierce raging.
