The text message made it very clear that the gun would be used for an improper purpose.
This is very similar to the left's argument for their desired confiscation of gun's. By the left's argument, the gun exists for improper purposes and therefore the individual should not have it. I reject this theory. I have many, many, many guns and so far NONE of them have shot anyone.

So now he was apparently on campus?

1) I need to see evidence that they were on campus. So far, I've seen nothing that even implies that.
2) How did he "assist" with a murder. He returned an item to it's rightful owner.
3) Please see #1 above.

You. Just. Don't. Like. It
You a POS updyke. win at all cost.you would be yapping a different narrative if it was your daughter Miller helped in the shooting.

Frick it, I hope Bama goes all the way since we're not even gonna make the tournament.

I would certainly be upset if my daughter was murdered, but I'd be angry at the guy that pulled the trigger. Not the guy that returned an item to it's rightful owner....

For what? What rule or law did he violate?
You don't have to be violate a law to be kicked of a sports team or to be expelled from a university.
Not just student athletes, but all students, have a responsibility to be good citizens. Delivering a murder weapon that is used to slaughter a mother, when you knew that weapon would be used in anger, more than meets the standard for expulsion.
I have already explained how we know, for a fact, he knew the weapon would be used for an improper purpose.

Him and Bradley should have been suspended for 3 games for being out at 1:30am and at the scene of a murder. If Oats had done that it would have gone over much better. Now it just looks like a coverup and a win at all costs mentality and Oats keeps saying dumb things. Byrne has not been much better.

Why 3 games? Why not 2 or 4?

His vehicle wasn't on campus before he delivered the murder weapon? "Under a blanket in the backseat"?

So Bradley deserves to be punished?

but I'm not hearing what anyone actually wants to happen to Miller
I don't want anything to happen to him and I want him to play until Bama gets knocked out of the NCAA in the round of 32 because of karma. Then everybody will have irrefutable proof of what those who pay attention to these things knew all along, Bama DNGAF and Nate Oats is among the worst of the worst. Bama and Oates deserve each other. It's a Petrino/Arkansas thing, it ends with an embarrassing crash and Gumps running at full speed to distance themselves from him.

We know this for a fact? How do we know this?
Since you mention "improper purpose", is that now the standard? We need to have a "proper purpose" to possess a gun? I knew the gun grabbers had been pushing this for years, but didn't realize they had succeeded.

Who gave the murderers a ride home, Bradley or Miller?

For starters, I’d like the police and DA to explain: 1. The full context of the texts exchanged and phone calls made that evening. 2. The full timeline of events for Davis, Miles, Bradley, Miles’s gf, and Miller. Both before, during, and after the shooting. For example, who did Miles and Davis flee the scene with since they didn’t have a car? Where did they go? Where did Bradley go? Where did Miles go? Were they alone? Were they communicating with each other? 3. Release the available video/audio recordings including dash cam video. This video has to be shared with the defense. It isn’t going to change between now and trial. 4. Identify when Miller/Bradley reached out to LEO or visa versa. 5. Explain the reasoning for not charging Miller or Bradley or potentially Miles’ gf.
The DA is not going to put any of this information out before the trials of Davis and Miles, even if the info would be helpful to the public’s desire to determine the level of Miller’s involvement. As long as the DA is satisfied that that there is not enough evidence to meet the elements of any crime (and apparently there isn’t enough, at least right now), that’s all the DA cares about right now with regards to Miller.
