All represent teams who’ve won a championship more recently than Texas? What I win?

They all won the natty in the prior season, something that Shorthorn fans can’t say since 2006.

If LSU continues the pattern, the trophy will be back in Baton Rouge in ‘27. We didn’t have a great 2024 yr either, but came back in 2025 to win it all. 2/3 years ain’t to shabby.

We all took a dive the year after we won a National Championship. I think that shows you have to have a mature group of special players that all come together with one purpose. Hard to rebuild that in one year when you lose so many off of your team.
