Maybe this thread was about trolling aTm with 1939, but I love history and have really enjoyed all the pics of the old stadiums. Outstanding thread.

Cliff Hare Stadium with a standing room only crowd overflowing to the bank along the practice field. Possibly a homecoming game when Spurrier was playing at Florida.

Davis-Wade is the oldest stadium in the SEC and second oldest in the P5. Opened in 1914.

Man, Denny Stadium looked like an oversized high school stadium back then. All of the seats were right on top of the action.
