He willingly and consciencely made a poor choice that resulted in a deadly outcome. We all make bad decisions. Whether he committed a crime is to be determined.

Sure but all you have is proof the gun was in the car when Miller showed up. Nothing proving he knew it was there (see the simple point above). Unless you have a response text from Miller about the gun, there is no proof he knowingly brought the gun (so far at least).

I don't give two shits what went on that night because they all made bad decisions and someone lost their life I only feel bad for the kid and her family. And if the legal system put Brandon in jail then so be it that's on him for being around stupid people. But they didn't so as far as I'm concerned its over with . All of these fake moral bitches on here don't give two shits for her or her kid. They only want bama to not have this kid because he a great player and he plays for oats who they all said was a high school coach and now he is two time sec and two time tournament champ.
