I see people don't understand our offense at all

Look at the 2015 offense. They used tons of misdirection and had a great passing attack. People itt are just using tired talking points without trying to actually understand the type of offense they want to run.

I'm the lone guy who thinks he's a good coach. Injuries and guys who did not pan out. Yes, needs better assist coaches but his offense is built on a strong O-line and it seems nothing went well this year. I'd bet anything that if he had several more years it would turn around bigtime. Coming to the Sec is a shock for most coaches.

They don’t understand that what Bielema did at Wisconsin and early Arkansas years hasn’t been anything like recent offense with Enos in last 1 1/2 to two years.

IMO - It’s as simple as he was done the night Pittman left.

Since that point they lost the identity and philosophy of the offense. They don’t know what they want to be and the coaches don’t know how to fix it and know they can’t now.

Development on both sides of the ball is terrible. Never got back to being physical and a lot has to do with the S&C of the program and actual coaching.

Honestly, I'm not entirely sure. But after the 2015 season, I noticed some things with recruiting that suggested something was wrong, despite that recruiting didn't drop off sharply. I don't even remember what they were, but things began going downhill the following season and that's when we began losing leads in the 2nd half. I lost interest after the recruiting problems, because I knew I wouldn't like what the future would bring.

Losing assistants may have been some of it (especially Pittman), but I really don't know. It just seemed like we slowed down on the recruiting trail and that's not a reference to where we finished in the ranking, either. It was like we were about to cross some upward threshold and then fell backwards for no good reason.

Many suspect Bielema has some personal problems that are interfering and that may be true, but idk. There were always problems with Bielema's coaching philosophies, imo, but I'm skeptical they're entirely to blame.

This may very well be true.

Personally, I don't even think Bielema's early offenses were much like we expected or like people described them. I mean, we had Jim Chaney throwing the ball all over the field, instead of using the strength of our OL to run. The win over Texas Tech is the only game I remember, where we ran the offense I expected under Bielama.

From all the replies from Arkansas fans, I gather he was another McElwain...just not a good fit at his school or in the sEC.

Makes tons of money, gets treated awesomely, gets to travel a lot, and has a young hot wife.

How is he failing?
