Sorority Rush during my sophomore year in college in 1992,.
The Ags were playing in the pre-season Pigskin Classic out in Anaheim.
Keep in mind this was pre-Internet/cell phones.
So I bailed on evening deliberations/votes in order to watch the game.
Today it’d be a no-brainer to ditch; but at the time, I remember thinking how rebellious I was.

When I was 19 I quit a job because I got last minute tickets to the 2010 AU-Clemson game and I had already reached my limit on points. Didn't even give them notice, just ignored their calls and never went back,

Got married in 2012. AU went 3-9 And we could see that the SECCG matchup was going to be between Bama and UGA. I have tons of family that cheer for Bama and UGA so we moved the wedding up a day so it would be on the SECC...cause frick them I wanted them to have at least one day of misery during their seasons considering 2012 was the most miserable season I could ever remember.

I “forgot” to reserve the range one day and let the men go home early for the day. It was weird that it happened to be a Saturday during football season.

Dad died on Wednesday. Funeral guy recommended Saturday. I said Sunday afternoon. Screw the NFL.

The Ms State vs Bama game 2 years ago. I was on a weekend trip in Estonia. Game came on at I believe 10 at night. 9:30 at night I was sitting in a strip club with my wife and I told her that I wanted to go back to the hotel and watch the game. The strip club didn't start to strip until 11 and my wife had never been to one before. She said we can go back to watch the game as long as I promise to bring her back. She ended up falling asleep before the start of the 2nd quarter.
