The 2004 Auburn Tigers.
It’s definitely up there. But the ncaa saved you guys from a national embarrassment.

This is such an unbelievable bullshite lie. The Louisiana State fan base can’t take the fact that most University of Louisiana fans cheer against them, especially when they play/lose to Alabama

We’re the ones funding their athletic department, which hasn’t finished in the black

Literally ever without subsidization.
The question is why the frick do you care? Why are ~95% of the people pretending to care about UAB “also” Auburn fans?
We know the answer to that, and it has to do with your tiny dick.
frick you.

Not allowing Auburn to get murdered by USC for the 3rd year in a row - this time in front of the biggest audience Auburn would ever have - is what allowed the SEC to begin their historic run of dominance.
Had Auburn gone and gotten their teeth kicked in for the 3rd time in a row, this time on a national stage, the entire conference would have lost credibility with voters.

In one post, you have perfectly encapsulated why Alabama fans are the most detestable in all of college athletics. So many of you losers genuinely believe that no other university in your state has the right to compete with Alabama, no matter how insignificant the competition is to y'all. The mere existence of a mid-major college football program in Birmingham triggers you to no end. I am sure that, if it were possible, y'all would have smothered Auburn in the cradle the way you did UAB by shutting down their football program for two years, basically giving them the death penalty.
Other states don't do this. The mere existence of Georgia Southern, Georgia State, and Kennesaw State does not threaten UGA fans, for example. It is not enough that you have the most accomplished college football program of all time. You need to have the gears of your state all turning to squash any possible competition for the Tahd, and when that cannot be done, you stomp your feet and pitch a fit. Pathetic.

We subsidize their sorry excuse of a program. The same isn't true for schools like Auburn, South Alabama, or Jacksonville State.

What is most amazing to me is that Ray Watts survived. Very few university presidents survive a no-confidence vote like he received after shutting down the program and shitting on the coaches and players.
One can make the argument that UAB football should have been shut down. But one will be hard pressed to justify how it was done.

You should quit following football again

You self righteous putz, regardless of whether it’s right or wrong it’s business and everyone does it. This past year alone I’ve heard about how florida and usce and uga would never allow in state rivals into a conference that makes them more money, gt and Mercer would never let uga be in the aau, Nebraska feuding with Omaha over who owns healthcare schools bc now apparently it affects their aau, usce is currently trying to block a vet school from Clemson bc research dollars. Hating it is one thing but you sound like the every school cheats but mine kid

In my expert opinion, this statement is not remotely true. Most LSU fans cheer for their home-state brethren when not playing each other, and vice versa.

I had to give my original post a reread to see if I had lost my mind and forgotten that I had mentioned AAU membership, medical facilities, veterinary schools, research grants, or conference realignment in my post. Who are you arguing with?
Other states do not have a large portion of the fanbase of its flagship school and football program hating on a mid-major in their own state and advocating for its abolition. Some folks here and there, sure. I know some LSU fans are not big on the Ragin' Cajuns, but nowhere near the animus of Alabama fans for UAB football.

Is RollRide1987 the poster that said he was done with college football? It is a shame he didn’t stick to his word, because this is just a bad look.
