Thought it was a great game, and the better team showed itself relentlessly in the second half.
I don't recall one LSU fan being overly obnoxious or loud-mouthed after the victory, so that was a pleasant surprise. So, respect to the Tigers.
Both teams have a way to go before their DB corps were what they once were, but I think a lot of that is the offenses being the real deal

Some of you are getting caught in the semantics game. Is UT elite? As a program, yes. As a team,no. But I think they're on the right track.
As to the game last night, UT had two true freshman corners. All credit is due to your OC and Ed too for exploiting that weakness all night. Your WR's ate their arse like it was gumbo. The rest of the D needs work but by the end of the year they should be better. As will LSU's. The second half was punch-counter punch and was a lot of fun to watch. Kudos to you guys, and good luck the rest of the way.
