Our last son graduated Ole Miss in ‘24. He knew who Lane was at the outset and was thankful Kiffin took his school to the next level. He had no hard feelings when he left.
I am an Arkansas man and it’s hard to even hold my head up right now and has been for the last decade.
As a casual observer I believe Lane could have handled the exit like a man and ripped the bandaid off from the get/go instead of insighting all the drama but that’s who he is. Surely Ole Piss knew this going into the deal.
For sure he is an offensive genius and I won’t take that away from him but but last night was poetic justice even for Ole Myths—- The way it unfolded with a former LSU running back and right up to end at that.
Now it’s time to move on. There’s a lot more football to play.
