Louisville is good. We do not deserve to go. But it did not help that several of our players became instant millionaires the previous two days, compliments of MLB. How can winning college baseball games top that excitement? I wish they would change the date of the draft. But make no mistake, we had our chances and blew it. We did make SEC history this year, at least.

This would make sense if it were a troll. Facts aren't trolls. Silly Vandy fans and their exaggerated intelligence.

What I'm saying is that a team that has been so bad for so long gets a few wins and they feel like commodore gold.

Let it pass, Tennessee is still a much better overall program; and any lost "fans" aren't worth the worry.

Relax, and wear it like armor.

Didn't Alabama threaten to arrest Phillip Fulmer if he visited the state of Alabama when he was coach?

The University didn't, some rabid fans did.

Phillip Fulmer made his bed with that by testifying against Alabama when he had a MAJOR conflict of interest.

Oh, and he tried to keep his testimony as a "secret witness" a secret.

Those situations are like comparing apples and orangutans.

Not arrested but he would be served a subpoena. He was served at the coaches conference in Hoover at the Winfrey Hotel. I know the guy who served him and he wasn't even supposed to be the one to do it but he had the papers and Fulmer pulled up right in front of him so he did it.

Unlike Spurrier, who was successful at keeping his testimony as a "secret witness" a secret.

It's the easiest way to spot how level the current playing field is between the two.

For years I have had to watch the pathetic UT caravan roll into Nashville and claim it as their territory. So I am very glad Saban is giving them some of their own medicine.

Ah, the Bama defense is on full display I see.

Why would a UAB fan come to the defense of Tennessee? And then be so wrong in their assertion? Tennessee is not only going broke, but their football is a joke regardless of the outcome of future Vandy-UT games. Does anyone in their right mind think Tennessee could beat any of the Big Six? And the other seven are just as good as UT.

Because Tennessee earned a respect Vanderbilt hasn't in football. Because a few good seasons doesn't define a program. Because Tennessee still commands more respect.

If Vanderbilt keeps it up they have a bright future. But at this point Vanderbilt hasn't earned it yet.
