Nothing dirty about it, just a fluke thing. I hope Treadwell will be alright.
Tearaways would solve this kind of thing.

you should probably click the link since the name of the link is week 10 questionable calls. They go over the controversial calls of the week, I didn't say dirty hits of the week.

I tend not to click on hbT links...never know what's going to pop up

it would have prevented the rustling

I'm very rustled. Inconsolably rustled.

Even if Auburn did have 12 men on the field, it is only a 5 yard penalty. I would argue that at least 1 questionable holding penalty and at least 1 questionable personal foul penalty went against Auburn and were more costly yardage wise

very possible, the sec refs aren't the best.

I'm just going to assume we did have 12 on the field. Just one of many missed/wrong calls in that game

They snapped the ball with 12 men....
The astonishing part is the formation is illegal, regardless of the number of players. I think the applicable rule is 7-1-4 (or somewhere close to that section).

the SEC rant has so much butthurt over Auburn, they obsess that almost 150 yards in penalties against us was not enough.

Refs miss an obvious call on AU. Shocker. You'd think they'd be watching them a lot more closely after all the dirty late hits.

The center. Look at the pixels.

Treadwell wasn't a horse collar but injuries from guys pulling a jersey and jumping on the legs of a beast ball carrier could keep happening. it is basically the same thing, the pull isn't hurting them it is the jumping on their legs while pulling. Perhaps the 80s short jerseys make a return to prevent these injuries on what appear to be clean tackles.
How does this apply to your subject line? How was the ruling on the field questionable?

I also think the referees might have missed an illegal block on Ole Miss on the Treadwell play. If you watch the video, #74 for Ole Miss gets in front of Treadwell and blocks an Auburn player in the knees. Thus clearing the way for Treadwell to get into the endzone. Based on some of the things I have read, cut blocks are supposed to be illegal more than 10 yards past the line of scrimmage

I know you seriously think we was down because his ankle may touched? That was a fumble and only a complete idiot thinks it wasn't.
