Weasels in SEC front office & their Lawyers need to start their job hunt TONIGHT.

This post is strictly about the facts, so spare me the self-righteous commentary.
The SEC did not file a preemptive lawsuit against Alabama earlier this year when they played a basketball player, Charles Bediako, who had spent three years in the NBA G League. That player scored 13 points against Tennessee, yet the SEC never filed a lawsuit for a declaratory judgment.
Greg Sankey is a complete hypocrite who should absolutely be fired for the nonsense he spouted on the witness stand today. His lawyers are an even bigger joke—both the ones who filed the lawsuit in Alabama and the ones who advised him to show up in Baton Rouge today.
The "experts" on national television have absolutely no knowledge of the actual situation. The NCAA created this entire mess, but because the media wants a scapegoat, they are blaming Lane Kiffin. Multiple courts across the country have already granted Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs) against the NCAA for its baffling decision to deny the 2022 transfer class five years of eligibility—a privilege the NCAA willingly granted to every other class, including those impacted by COVID-19 and the 2023 class and beyond.
LSU is not out here recruiting NFL players. They are recruiting 2022 transfers who may have spent a mere two weeks on an NFL practice squad because the NCAA is a dysfunctional organization that consistently prioritizes its image over people.
Finally, I previously stated that LSU should have let this go because the risk did not seem worth it for a roster that was already stacked with talent. However, in light of the elementary-level intelligence displayed by the SEC front office and its legal team, I have completely changed my mind. LSU needs to go for the jugular. That’s all. Thanks…

They were wildly inept. I cannot believe they put Sankey on the stand and he fricked it up that much. This guy is leading our conference? Come on. Even you traitor backstabbing bitches should be able to get behind his ouster.

You aren't just drinking the koolaid, you are shotgunning it. If LSU chooses to roster those players, that school is led by actual fools.

Sankey got a 16-0 vote of support from every school. The conference is united.
Lane burns bridges with his team everywhere he goes. It's actually impressive he's about to do with an entire conference.

Nobody is bigger than the conference.

Serious question:
Legally what can the SEC do to stop it after todays ruling with risking losing BIG in a lawsuit from the players and from LSU?

We know LSU isn’t bigger than the conference that we’ve helped built for the last 100 years or so…
But apparently Alabama isn’t subject to the same enforcement standards as LSU… facts sir… facts…
not statements or baseless allegations like your front office just filed against LSU…
