Win or lose...at least we get there. But hey, at least you get to hear about your players declaring for the draft early. And you get to do things like mow your yard and beat your dog while listening to teams you beat in the regular season play in Omaha.

During DVH's post game conference after the LSU game they asked him about Nebraska and he said he didn't know much about their pitching. LOL.

Well....we Certainly cant accuse him of looking ahead.

Yep. I find it funny that in a year where I thought we were a 20-25 ranked team nationally, we still hang around in the west. Let's me know where teams like mst,om, bama really are. I think lsu will be the only sec team with a shot at making a run in Omaha.

Then if this is true why was everybody so stupid to rank ya'll number 1? I mean I know what I think (overrated) but curious what you were really saying right before the season started about the #1 ranking.

Arky reminds me somewhat of LSU last year. Solid pitching but poor production at the plate. LSU had a good infield though. Outfield meh not so much.

don't worry, I can do enough laughing at them for the both of us. If they keep losing these "irrelevant" midweek games there is no way they'll be hosting. They honestly probably played their best series of the season against us, and will most likely be able to replicate that come tourney time but if they shut it off until then, then they will find themselves traveling to a regional.

Thats what happens when you lose your starting 3B,SS & 2B to graduation/pros. Bunch of new faces in the batting order.

LSU has new SS, 3B, CF, RF with a possible 5th new player in the line-up depending on who is DH and other new players getting a decent amount of playing time. They seem to be doing just fine.
