A lot of our fans don't want to admit it right now, but LSU is a 10-2, at best, and most likely, a 9-3 football team this year.

If I had to bet my house on the winner of the game Saturday, I would bet Florida. It's real, real easy to be a homer fan, but if you really take a real, hard look at LSU this year, we simply are not a Top 10 Team.

I wanted LSU to put up 50+ on Towson at least to feel good about themselves....now they are gonna be pizzed off tigahs.

pizzed off tigahs 20
pizzed off Gators 34

Miles starts chewing grass in the Swamp not knowing the chemicals we sprayed on visitors side that morning and is taken to Shands Hospital after game to have stomach pumped due to extreme laxative effect. His frequent trips to the locker room during game are questioned by sideline reporter and when she gets close to LSU sideline the odors make her crinkle her nose involuntarily.

We have an excellent chance of winning too. In fact, I'd say it's about 50/50.

I thought even before the last 2 games that we could very well lose to UF, now I'm nearly certain that we will lose. These are 2 teams headed in opposite directions. I really hope that I have to come here and eat these words next week, I really really do.

I see LSU losing to UF, USC, and Bama this year. MSU is still up in the air.

You've still got to come to Kyle too. While everyone is focused on Manziel, we've quietly built the #8 scoring defense (ranked higher statistically than even LSU).

Not a flame, but how long have you kept your starters in? I noticed y'all kept Manziel in even when y'all were up by 30.

Which starters? Offense or defense? We don't have a lot of depth on defense so we had to wait until we built a large lead.

As for Manziel, he came out at the following times:

SMU: Showers came in at the 13:07 mark of the fourth quarter (41-3 A&M)

South Carolina State: Showers came in after halftime (49-7 A&M)

Arkansas: Showers came in at the 7:35 mark of the fourth quarter (51-10 A&M)

Agree but only because Florida's offense probably matches up only slightly better than your offense against their defense. I expect a close, pretty low scoring game not unlike the Auburn game.

We are more competent on offense than Auburn (hell our QB is a gizzilion times better but our running game maybe a little weaker) but our DEs are not as good. I expect LSU to play way better than the last two weeks.
We have a good chance simply because we will be home, and your QB is still green. And if Copeland is hurt...

LSU will be up for this game I believe.
Driskel is a very underrated QB and Florida's defense can definitely make LSU one dimensional.

I say its a toss up.

i just dont see LSU moving the ball much against our d in the swamp. we should load the box and force mettenberger to beat us. i think we'll keep LSU's defense on the field most of the game and pull away late 3rd quarter.

Gators may win, but you certainly won't be pulling away. Our D will still be dominant. The question is whether or not our red zone opportunities result in scores or turnovers.

That specific piece of the game will single-handedly determine how close the score is.
