It pissed me off everyone saying Ole Miss should let Kiffin coach aka make that playoff all about him and serve his interests in LSU.
Ole Miss stuck to their principles and got rewarded for it.

Several Les Miles level decisions by Pete. His defense gave up 34 to a UGA offense with an average QB and no playmakers.
But Lane’s offense and Jr’s play calling against a tough UGA defense - that was impressive.

Is there any real proof of this?
They crushed a mediocre Tulane team that they crushed during the season and then they beat a good Georgia team that they should have beaten during the regular season because the opposing head coach went for it on 4th down DEEP in his own territory with PLENTY of time left and then mismanaged the clock late in the fourth quarter….
All with playcalling from an OC who will not be coaching with him next season and a QB who was not found or recruited by him and will 95% chance will not be with him next season
