Unfortunately with the way the bracket lined up, one SEC team will be knocked out today.

UF is 5-0 all-time against Bama in the WCWS, but only 1-3 against Bama this season.

I believe the winner of this game switches over to the other part of the bracket and plays Arizona tomorrow (I may be wrong).

EDIT: Actually, according to ESPN, the winner of Bama-UF would play Arizona tonight in another Elimination Game.

Which team will get the privilege of getting eliminated by Oklahoma?

Neither Bama or UF would face OU again unless they make the championship series.

EDIT: I think UF's bats drive in a few runs today. They had numerous changes against Okie State on Thursday, and it just didn't happen.

Florida will win. Like OP said, Walton has owned Murphy in OKC.

Bama as a team is probably better than UF this year, and will be better without a doubt next year too, unless Walton can get a highly touted freshman pitcher.

The winner of the Bama/Florida game plays Arizona tonight (which I think either wins) and then have to beat Oklahoma twice tomorrow.

I thought they'd have to beat UCLA twice?

EDIT: NM I read the bracket wrong. You are correct. They'd have to beat OU twice.

I'd say Bama has a better shot because of their pitching staff.

Barnhill won't be able to go 4 games in 2 days.

Fouts has been getting hit the last month. We need her to be on to match Barnhill.

Fouts has really been starting slow. Not sure what's going in with her. Bama will lose to Florida.

Basically, this tournament is for second place. Oklahoma is too good to lose twice

Yea don't have much confidence in this one. Fouts battled against OU but she's lost her best stuff the last month or so.

Shes a freshman. Kinda reminds of me of UF's Hannah Rogers back in her first WCWS against Arizona State.

She'll be the best pitcher in the country next year.

RTR.

I don’t have a dog in the fight but these Secrant Gator fans are on par with the Aggies.

Yea, she's great, just seems to have hit the wall.

She pitched her arse off against Oklahoma.

Watch OU against top PAC12 teams & you’d change your tune. Their pitching shuts us down more often than not.

Washington beats Minnesota 5-3. UF-Bama finally to kick off at 5:20.

I'm guessing at this point UF/Bama vs. Arizona isn't happening tonight.

Lorenz gets on base, then nothing. Ugh, almost like a mirror start to every game.

This team is terrible outside of 2.5 players.
