You’re right there was no reason for this kid to be playing. But, Hugh looks up to & publicly defends Baylor’s former AD McCaw as having done nothing wrong. They’re actually pretty close friends since Ian gave him a chance at Liberty when no one else would touch him.

Why, it's almost like it's a real investigative police action designed to uncover facts and motives unknown to the casual observer.

Yeah, did you finally finish paying off that sexual lawsuit?

Gee, I don't know. Are you talking about the one when AJ Johnson was falsely accused and if anyone served any time, it was the falsely alleging girl? Unless you count the time Johnson's NFL career was unjustly delayed. If you have info that might change the outcome, you should provide it to the authorities.

Using this situation to troll Nate Oats is peak piece of shite behavior, but I’m not surprised.

Of course, you’ll recall the quote from Oats was about Brandon Miller, not the victim, but you don’t care about that. As long as you’re able to troll big bad daddy bammer.

And then have the audacity, the gall, to post this shite just a couple posts later:

Just vile. But not surprising.

wow.. you need to calm down, crawl off your high horse & take a fricking look in the mirror son..

watching the trashiest fanbase in all of college sports defend the decision to play an alleged rapist (two counts) is bad enough - watching you cry & lash out like a spoiled brat because a poster mentions a questionable decision by another bama coach (oats playing miller) is "peak piece of shite behavior." truly "just vile."

plenty of history:
t/RANT Bama bad behavior

while this behavior is disgusting, its certainly "not surprising."

Not reporting it right away is not uncommon.

It should be mandatory reporting immediately for allegations like this with dna proof.

how about 24 hour statute of limitations? Would that work for you?

With this going straight to Title IX, the football program had zero control over the investigation and would have been instructed explicitly by the University and Title IX Office about suspending—and then reinstating—the player.

so if someone rapes your wfie or daughter and they are too scared, distraught, or hurt to go to the police within 24 hours you are ok with the rapist getting off?

That's a fact pattern that I cannot care less about. I dont care if Miller brought for a thug shootout. He knows what he did and the police are pretending "he didn't know."

Imagine being this stupid, angry, and uninformed.

jangalang was literally crying tears of rage as he wrote that drivel. Time to give the keyboard to mommy and go down for your nap, little bro.

Sure. Just don’t file charges days later without aid and documentation. We need all the evidence to prevent it from happening again, if it did occur.

Also as someone with a daughter and sons, I will absolutely defend this because metoo and false allegations are bullshite against men. Report immediately (24-48hrs) should be the law, I’ll continue to double down on this to prevent it from happening again to a victim and to presume innocence until proven guilty.

Speaking of Baylor. Does Freeze condone it too? Because he sure took up for the former Baylor AD.

DeBoer knew he was going to be out of there at that point, why would it matter if someone questioned it later?

Welp, guess this means our playoff game against U dub is forfeited and our meeting with Michigan this season is the real national championship game.

I can dig it.

frick the rematch. You would have probably beaten Michigan. Just claim the championship and hang the banner. That's what Bama would do.
